Previously, Patty led the Banking, Payments, Wealth, and Risk practices at Celent, where she advised financial institutions and technology providers worldwide on legacy transformation, digital banking platforms, corporate-to-bank connectivity, embedded finance, and emerging technologies.

Patricia's expertise spans the full spectrum of commercial banking technology, including corporate digital banking, treasury and cash management, payments, commercial lending, supply chain finance, and trade finance. She has advised financial institutions and technology providers on digital channel transformation, onboarding and servicing modernization, lending workflows, working capital solutions, bank connectivity, embedded finance, and the evolving role of AI across commercial banking journeys. Her work helps organizations align product, operations, and technology strategies around client outcomes rather than traditional product silos.

With more than 25 years of experience spanning banking, fintech, technology, product management, marketing, and industry research, Patricia is known for translating complex market shifts into practical business strategies. Her work focuses on helping organizations reduce client friction, accelerate onboarding, improve relationship manager productivity, modernize treasury and payments experiences, and identify practical opportunities for AI that deliver measurable business value.

Patricia holds an MBA from Yale School of Management, a bachelor's degree from the University at Albany, and the Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) designation.
