Patricia (Patty) Hines, MBA, CTP, is an independent financial services technology strategist who advises financial institutions, technology providers, and consulting firms on digital transformation, platform strategy, product innovation, and technology investment.

Patty brings more than 25 years of experience spanning banking, fintech, product management, marketing, and industry research. She helps organizations modernize commercial banking platforms, improve client journeys, accelerate product innovation, and align technology investments with business strategy.

Previously, Patty led Celent's Banking, Payments, Wealth, and Risk practices, where she advised financial institutions and technology providers worldwide on commercial banking strategy, legacy modernization, digital platforms, corporate-to-bank connectivity, embedded finance, AI, and emerging technologies. Her work helped clients navigate evolving market dynamics while balancing innovation, operational efficiency, and client experience.

Her expertise spans the commercial banking ecosystem, including corporate digital banking, treasury and cash management, payments, commercial lending, trade finance, supply chain finance, client onboarding and servicing, working capital, and embedded finance. She is particularly recognized for her work helping organizations shift from product-centric delivery models toward integrated platforms that orchestrate complete client journeys.
